In a conical glass, add the pieces of lime, the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar and crush them all to extract and mix the juices. To this base, we add crushed ice to fill the glass and add 25ml of cream sherry and fill with Ginger Ale. Decorate with mint leaves.

The ideal serving temperature for Cream is 12º C. It can also be consumed as an aperitif, as a cocktail, served with ice and a slice of orange.
It is a perfect dessert wine; ideal to accompany fruit (melon, orange), pastries or ice cream. Although it also pairs very well with foie gras and blue cheeses.
Serve fresh, between 10 and 12º C.
Delicious with pastries and fruit, but also with foie.
In a glass of white wine or even in a wide glass, with ice.
